XML and HTML are different in terms of their characteristics. They both have different goals and the way we use them in the application. We can not replace XML with HTML XML is used to describe the data, we want to store that data where the HTML is used to represent the data in such a way that we want graphs or plain web pages. In essence, the XML is describing the date and displaying the HTML date.
