Hi guys

I dug out my all in one printer and have set it up on PC Number 3. How can I see the printer on the other two pc's?

Using a Linksys router on PC number 1 and 3. Pc number 2 is using a belkin adapter.

I remember trying to do this back last year but never could get it sorted out.

Any help would be appreciated. :D

Hi Bionic Woman

Is this a network printer or a USB printer?

I know of some 3 in 1's which are network printers and have a network socket?

HI gkd

It's using a USB connection.

OMG.....As I was typing this post I thought I'd give it a quick go to find the error message that was coming up and I have now got it working between two of the pc's. I spent ages trying to get it to work earlier but now I have got to think what I did to get it working as I have to check tomorrow if PC number 2 can see the printer to use as well.

I feel quite chuffed about that now. :D

I will get back to you and let you know. :)

If you put a firewall on the printer hosting PC remember to allow the local traffic to allow the PCs to communicate with the PC

Glad you got it working

Peace
