    The rules for constructing real constants are as mentioned below :

    1. A real constant must have atleast one digit.
    2. A real constant can only have one decimal point.
    3. Positive and negative sign can be assigned to a constant and if there is no sign, by default it is being treated as positive sign.

    In computer programming, there is a great important of Constants in C, C++ . The software or input program written almost in any programming language can hardly be understood coded without any constant or variable.
