What are your opinions who really owns Spratly Islands? What should be done to solve the issue regarding this matter. China and the Republic of the Philippines are always arguing about this one.
That Island is not only having a dispute between China and Philippines but between Brunei, Malaysia, Taiwan (Republic of China), and Vietnam.
The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea - should act fast before China (only country) claims the Island.
