Customers feel happy when there problems are heard and addressed. There are many issues which cannot be resolved over email due to security limitations. People are not always comfortable sharing billing details on email. Phone support helps us to get the customer in confidence about our services and getting their issue fixed by first call resolution.

Telephonic support is more effective as customers are treated as there issues are taken care seriously and there are someone who is dedicated to him in providing support and getting the issue fix. Sometimes customers feel bored and are frustrated when there is delay in email response and provide the dissatisfaction statement.

Yes , I also agreed telephonic service is more effective than email customer service as in the telephonic customer service , customer got addressed and heard immediately and got more satisfied and cleared . As in the case of email customer service customer need to wait for the replies and they can't even tell firmly that what exactly problem is.
