Video marketing is rapidly growing in popularity. A lot of businesses use videos on their website, their social media pages, or they upload them to popular video sharing sites such as YouTube with the hopes of drawing more attention to their products. Of course, the purpose of the video doesn't have to be something promotional. For example, you can create a video tutorial that shows your customers how to use your products.

If you need a video created for your business, there are many ways to go about getting one done. You could try making it yourself, but unless you have prior experience with video creation and editing software, you will probably end up spending several days trying to figure out how they work. Furthermore, if this is the first video that you've created by yourself, the result may not look too professional. But you do have other options if you need a business video.

There are many companies which offer video creation services for businesses. While they do produce highly professional videos and their staff usually has years, sometimes decades, of experience with business video creation, there is one large drawback to using their services. The rates they charge for their work are often very high, which makes them hard to afford for many small business owners.

A less expensive solution would be to hire a freelancer instead. There are many people who are experienced in video creation and can tailor to your needs- bargaining power a lower budget company needs for a great small business video. Finding a freelancer isn't too difficult. You can browse through one of the many online freelancing boards or an online marketing forum. There, you will find plenty of ads for business video creation services.

If you want quality results, you should choose a freelancer based on their reputation on the site and by looking at examples of videos that they've created in the past. Be wary of any freelancers charging substantially less than others on the same site, as the quality of their work may not be too optimal. Whether it be training videos, promotional, informational, or any other format, freelancers stay competitive by keeping up with fast moving trends in video.

Getting your videos done by a freelancer is simple. You will first need to determine how you want your video to look and what content you want to include in it. Create a script for your video that will establish what is shown in your video at exactly what time. For example, if you're a landscaper, you might want to create a video that shows the different types of projects you've done for your clients. This could be done by using pictures and a voice over. Basic ideas are fine too. These people are professionals, and know how to help.

After you have figured out how you want your video to look, simply choose a freelancer, explain your project to him and send over the relevant files, such as audio and images that you want included in your video. You may be surprised by the amount and quality of connections a video can make with customers.

Video is a great marketing tool because many people take interest in watching two minute video instead of reading one minute text. There are many video sharing websites that provide a great platform to share our promotional video. However, video marketing may not come handy for many people because it requires great skills to create a great video.

I honestly agree with you @sunshine@sunshine. Video marketing is already booming nowadays. I can see that most of them are already using videos for their landing pages, sales pages, opt-in forms, courses and such. Videos are giving such impact to the viewers out there, and there's no way that they can be bored about it. For me, videos are highly engaging the customers, clients or visitors by watching instead of reading. The attention span of people in videos are much longer than just reading articles, eBooks or blog posts (even with images). There is no saturation when it comes to video marketing, as it evolves and gives us greater opportunities to become successful in our respective businesses.

Making a video is harder than creating an article to boost the blog's traffic. However, videos can attract more people.

Starting a YouTube channel can happen to be a good idea for your business but for that you need to make the videos more professionally and user friendly.

Glad to read from you people about the topic and would like to say thanks for sharing your ideas and views about video marketing. The solid reason video is more persuasive than other types of content is the human brain requires emotional input to make decisions and no technology is better at conveying emotion than video.

Yes, If we consider our personal example we can easily get the importance of video, like we understand easily about the thing from videos rather than The written content.

I agree with you @fsdqasmia that making a video is hard job to do but I believe that one time investment of time and money in video making can provide you long lasting benefits because video has the potential to transmit large amounts of information. A simple 20 or 30 second video can transmit tons of historical, emotional, and academic information simply from the imagery portrayed in the shot.

Creating videos highlighting your business can be a useful option. Before you intend to make videos, take some time to learn to make high-level videos.

Here I want to share that one of the biggest advantages of video marketing is that is helps you in reaching out to millions of people within a short time, and without spending too many of your marketing dollars. Your video can also go viral and gain millions of views within days. Imagine the benefits for your business. Just imagine somebody from your local area searching your type of service and product on Google and then suddenly your video pops up! They’ll immediately click on it for more info to reach you for getting services.

With the introduction of video-ready device, it is no longer a question why a lot of people would want ads or campaigns that are creatively done and are moving. Practically speaking, people learn more if they're seeing an actual how-to than merely reading it step by step.
