An access specifiers is used to determine whether any other class or function can access the member variable and the, member functions of the particular class.
Access specifiers define the boundary between the accessible and the inaccessible parts of the class.

Access specifiers defines the access to the available files which can be access to the authorized or permitted users only.

The access to the files as shown is distributed as three types :
private, protected and public. The access specifiers, permits the access as per the requirements to the available class, its subclass, and members belonging to it.
