What is a good alternative online wallet service / provider to PayPal?

PayPal is great for every user But, for other alternatives the reason is:-

• Not all the clients can make PayPal payments.
• You do not want all your online payments in one.
• PayPal payments is best for small amounts.
• The international fees are really high in PayPal's.
