I've only ever used Dreamweaver. Only recently moving up from DW3 to DW8. There must be other design software out there. Are they any good?

Dreamweaver's ok, but I prefer to use notepad for most of my web work... it's much easier to use than DW, and I'm sure many can agree with that.

Photoshop is the best design software. Photoshop tools are excellent and it's very easy to use.

Please try Nvu 1.0 web design software. It is a free, complete and very basic web design software for Windows, Mac and Linux . We have to create websites quickly by using this software based on Mozilla Composer without the knowledge of HTML. The software includes more advanced bells and whistles like JavaScript coding and CSS support.

Dream weaver is the best design software. It is very easy to use and it has many advanced features. It has a split screen and it usually doesn't change code around and add useless stuff.
